Sr. Accountant: Prepare and update daily, weekly and other periodic reports for every sales channel and account; consolidate commercial information for maintaining ready accounting records; develop recommendations to improve accounting and operation systems; collect data and propose KPI (key performance indicator) to support the company's planning needs; review the work of A/P and A/R staff; review RMA and other customer service activities; audit expense and obligations ; assist the external accountant in tax planning and reporting; c alculate contract costs and profits for management's reference; p repare compensation and profitability analysis; audit and ensure compliance of transactions with generally accepted accounting principles and company's standard procedures. Master degree in Accountancy.
Warehouse Coordinator: Plan and monitor daily work load, perform physical and cycle counts on products to match with the inventory system, e nforce safe work practices, regulations and company policies, resolve day to day or routine problems, coordinate with quality personnel to e nsure all products and packages meet specified quality standards, help in establishing warehouse databank, and maintain shipment documents. HS diploma required. College degree preferred. Must have Strong organization and planning skills.
Marketing Project Director : Design sales project according to market analysis and industry trend studies, t rack and report on periodic performance for various marketing channels, penetrate and enhance market share, engage in graphic design projects, monitor and analyze competitor activities, assist in developing value creation strategies and incentive sales program, perform periodic customer, market, and product level profitability assessments, organize and maintain research information in a central repository, coordinate the designing, revising and updating website presentations, design and make special presentation materials for various targets. Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing.
